Pink Ombre'



Hey Loves I know its been awhile since I have updated my blog. I have been super busy with life but i will be posting a lot more :) With that being said here is a look that I absolutely love! Its a pink smokey eye that came out so gorg! I used 2 coastal scents palettes, the original matte and ultra shimmer palette. On my face I used MAC studio fix fluid and contoured my cheeks and nose with bronzing powder. On the lips i used MAC Snob in a baby pink. I kinda just went with the flow. I haven't done a pink look in awhile so i decided to do a pink smokey. I love how it came out!! I hope you all enjoy. Smooches:)

Rihanna For River Island Fall 2013 Collection!

Rihanna has released a sneak peak of her fall collection with River Island. The collection includes ’90s hip-hop style, with thick underwear band straps printed with Rih’s nickname and slogan, ‘G 4 Life’ on bra tops, panties, tops and accessories. If i had a body like hers i would be in most of these looks. As you can see below she was really hands on with the designs because I can definitely see her in all of these pieces. 

I love her! Her abs are the truth!

Skin Care!!!

My skin care regimen!

So up until I had my son a year ago I have always received complements on my skin and how healthy it looked. I never really had an acne problem or pimples. Well I few days after I had my son my face looked terrible. I developed these little small bumps all over my face especially around the chin area. My face would be oily some days and dry the next. I tried my normal face wash that I use which is the Neutrogena Oil Free acne wash.When that didn't work I went into overload, i tried everything and nothing seemed to work. This was definitely something i was not used to.
So about 2 months ago I was in the mall and saw the Proactive stand. I had never tried it before but i said what the hell nothing else is working let me give it a shot. After about a week I noticed a huge difference in my skin. My skin felt clean, soft, and moisturized. On the bottle it says to use twice a day, well some days I was too busy or would forget until my face was looked bad again. So I buckled down and started using it every morning and night.My skin is finally getting back to normal and it looks and feels amazing. All the little bumps are gone and it feels so soft and smooth. Proactive really works ladies!
With any skin care regimen the number one rule is consistency. You have to be consistent and care for your skin everyday. As you know I wear make-up (sometimes a lot of it :) and there are those nights where I am too tired to wash my face but I TRY to always get up and wash it anyway. When wearing make-try to use a make-up remover or wipes. I use to use the wipes but the liquid last WAY longer, a little goes a long way!

Steps to great skin!

1. Cleanse - Currently I am still using the Proactive to cleanse my face. It works really well for me. What ever cleanser works for you make sure you are using it everyday!

2. Tone- This is a step that i have not tried yet but i will be trying ASAP. A toner is a lotion or wash designed to cleanse the skin and shrink the appearance of pores.

3. MOISTURIZE - This is the most important step. Moisturizer prevents dry skin, protects sensitive skin, improves skin tone and texture, and mask any imperfections. I use Neutrogena Sensitive skin Oil Free Moisturizer with SPF 15. The SPF protects your skin from the sun rays, super important to keep young looking skin.

As you can see I love Neutrogena. This works for me and may not work for everyone. Once again no matter what products you use consistency is key! Fashion News!!

So it looks like my girl Emily B from Love and Hip Hop New York will be launching her own shoe line.
She is a fashion stylist who styles her boyfriend and rap star Fabolous. I love her style. She is always wearing something cute and trendy. Im really excited to see what she has in store for us. Take a look at a sneak peak of the Emily B shoe line.

Hey Bella Donna's here are a few products that I used to achieve this purple smokey look.

Eyes: For my base i used MAC soft orchre paint pot all over the lid. (The base is to intensify and brighten the eyeshadow.)

For my shadow i used two pallets from Coastal Scents. I used the 88 original pallet and the metal mania pallet (I will post the link below). They have quality affordable makeup and its great for beginners.

Face: On my face (and to carve my brows) I used MAC pro longwear concealer and MAC studio fix foundation.

Lip: On these luscious lips (lol) I used MAC snob lipstick with MAC Patience, Please lipglass.

Eyebrows Before and After!

Hey Bella Donna's i posted a few pics of my brows before and after they are filled in and after my makeup application. I hope you all enjoy it. Smooches ;) 

 Here are my brows before they are filled in. There are four steps to getting the perfect brows. First you most groom them so tweeze any loose hairs that you see. Next fill them in with eyeshadow or brow powder. Use a lighter shade for the inside of the brows and a darkers shade for the middle and tail end. Next define the top and the bottom to make it look sharp. Finally carve them out with your concealer to get the perfect brows. I will be posting a tutorial on how i do my brows so you can see it step by step.

 In this pic they are carved out and beat to perfection! I love this look. Its a smokey purple eye with a baby pink lip.
